House Rules
- All gaming patrons must be at least 18 years of age to wager and/or remain in designated gaming areas. A valid photo ID must be provided upon request and at the discretion of management. Individuals under the age of 18 may only pass through gaming areas when directly accessing non-gaming amenities such as restaurants, food courts, or retail shops.
- Casino promotions are governed by established rules, policies, and procedures designed to maintain fairness and integrity. Any violation of these rules will result in disqualification from current promotions and may restrict future participation.
- Player’s club benefits are exclusive to the account holder. Cards may only be used by the patron listed on the account to track play and earn points. Misuse or improper play, as determined by casino management, may result in loss of points, offers, and membership privileges, and could result in exclusion from Chickasaw Nation casinos.
- Any taxable win must be claimed by the patron who initiated the winning spin.
- Loitering and solicitation are strictly prohibited on casino property.
- Access is limited to designated public areas of the casino. Entry into restricted areas requires visitors to sign in with security and display an issued visitor badge at all times.
- Service animals are allowed on casino premises. Pets and emotional support (also known as comfort or therapy) animals are not permitted in any CNDC facility.
- Children, pets and/or emotional support animals are not to be left unattended in a vehicle on CNDC property.
- Proper attire is required: shirts and shoes must be worn at all times.
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless authorized by facility management.
- Patron’s cameras or other personal recording devices will be allowed in the facility, provided they do not take pictures or videos of individuals within the facility outside of their immediate party.
- For the safety and security of all guests, bags, backpacks, purses, overcoats, and other personal items that could conceal prohibited items are subject to inspection by casino personnel.
- Weapons, marijuana, and/or illegal non-prescription drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited on casino premises.
- All guests must vacate the premises when directed by management or security personnel.
- Patrons may be limited to one gaming machine during peak business hours and/or depending on machine availability.
- All gaming tickets/vouchers are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date printed.
- Two forms of valid identification are required for payouts at or above the federal taxable threshold. (one must be a government issued photo ID).
- Cash payout limits vary by facility. Any remaining balance may be issued by check payable to the winner. Please see the cashier’s cage for additional information.
- Tort and prize claim information is available upon request.
- This casino complies with all federal anti-money laundering laws, including those under the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and related regulations. For more information, please visit any cash cage. Identification may be required for any cash transaction.
- Patrons must notify management immediately of any injuries sustained while on casino premises.
- Machine malfunctions voids all pays and plays.
- All gaming machine disputes must be reported to facility management immediately. If a dispute cannot be resolved by management, players may submit an appeal to the Chickasaw Nation Office of the Gaming Commissioner by completing a prize claim form.
- No prize shall exceed the maximum payout designated for the game played.
- The casino and its employees are not responsible for lost or stolen gaming machine tickets, player cards, personal belongings, or stolen or damaged vehicles while on casino property.
- All abandoned credits or tickets are considered property of the casino. Redemption of abandoned credits or tickets is strictly prohibited.
- The casino reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual from the premises at its discretion.
Valid Identification (ID)
A valid ID is considered any unexpired, government-issued photo identification. Acceptable forms include but are not limited to: driver’s license (DL), state-issued ID, Tribal issued ID (with expiration date), passport, military ID, permanent resident card, resident alien card, employment authorization card, VISA or border crossing card.
Note: A state-issued photo medical marijuana ID card and IDs without expiration dates (such as certain Tribal citizenship cards) are not acceptable for account creation.
* Credits or prizes removed from a game through a cashless system will be considered redeemed at the time of transfer. Any additional bonus or incentive cash rewards associated with an account access card will expire within a period not to exceed one year.
